PCC employs a full staff of top-notch quality assurance professionals. The QA team is focused and independent from any of the factories we work with. Its sole responsibility is to guarantee our clients that the product coming off the line is exactly as it was approved. Though we operate in 18 countries in more than 75 factories we insist that every single order be inspected at the factory. We check the quality of color, fit, construction, and packaging. The process is expensive and complex, but it is the only way we can assure our customers and our end consumers that they are getting the finest quality fashion product.
